Yes. You can upgrade anytime and your new plan starts immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
After the first 3 months at $99/mo, your Lite plan continues at the regular $199/mo rate. You can cancel or upgrade before the intro period ends.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. The full amount is billed upfront.
Plus can be cancelled anytime. Lite has a 3-month minimum. Pro has a 3-month minimum with a 50% early termination fee on remaining months. Enterprise terms are customized.
