2. Description of Service

Beemention is an AI-powered Growth Agent platform that helps businesses improve their visibility in AI-driven search engines and generative platforms. The Service includes:

• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) visibility scanning and monitoring across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

• AI-assisted content generation optimized for AI search visibility.

• Multi-platform content distribution.

• Analytics and reporting on AI search presence and brand mentions.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Beemention offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan — $0/month with limited features and credits.

• Pro Plan — $29/month or $290/year, includes expanded scanning, content generation, and distribution capabilities.

• Max Plan — $79/month or $790/year, includes full access to all platform features and priority support.

Pricing is subject to change. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales tax, and compliance on our behalf.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and collect as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Beemention platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Beemention and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including website URLs, brand information, and business data. By using the Service, you grant Beemention a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publication.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Generate or distribute misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

• Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and analysis. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. Beemention does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use or publication. Beemention is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beemention, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beemention operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
